Congratulations to Ferne, our Skater of the Month for March!

Ferne’s kindness, grit, and charismatic energy shine every time she laces up her skates. She began skating at just seven years old and has spent the past 14 years dedicating herself to the sport she loves. A talented and accomplished athlete, Ferne previously competed as a synchronized figure skater, qualifying for sectionals before joining UUFS. Her commitment to growth and excellence is clear in every practice and performance.

As the Low Team Maneuvers Captain, Ferne leads by example with confidence, determination, and heart. She not only pushes herself to improve but also uplifts her teammates, making sure everyone feels supported and motivated. Whether she’s hyping up the team before a skate or capturing memories behind the camera, Ferne is a driving force behind our positive and energetic team culture. Her spirit extends beyond our own team; she consistently shows kindness and sportsmanship to skaters across the rink.

Ferne’s leadership, dedication, and vibrant personality makes her such a special part of our UUFS community. We are so proud to celebrate her achievements and all the positivity she brings to the ice. Congratulations, Ferne!
